Oxford University joins hands with XED to launch the Leadership Programme

Oxford University’s Said Business School is a partner with XED, an ed-tech firm in Asia. The partners have joined hands to launch the “Senior Executive Leadership Programme (SELP)” for senior leaders and C-Suite executives. Anyone who is interested can directly apply at the official website: oxford.selp.xedinstitute.org.

The course will begin on November 15, 2023, and it will cost USD 25,000. The fees include all taxes, teaching fees, academic materials, programme lunch fees, and other taxes. However, to make it clear, the fees do not include any transportation, accommodation, or visa costs.

This is a nine-month intensive programme that has been tailored for CXOs or senior leaders. This programme looks forward to enhancing operational and strategic skills from a global perspective. The candidates joining this intensive programme will navigate emerging challenges in their businesses.

Overall, the programme consists of intensive in-class learning at the UK campus of Oxford University, live online modules, and industry immersion in Dubai. After successful completion of the programme, candidates will become part of the Oxford Business Alumni Network and will get the certificate at the graduation ceremony in Oxford, UK.

This programme is going to be beneficial for CXOs and senior leaders, as highlighted by Mr. Paul Fisher, Programme Director for Oxford SELP and Associate Fellow, Sad Business School. He says that “this programme is not only a transformational journey for senior leaders but also an important tool that provides the framework to build flexibility.”

Admissions to the first batch of Oxford SELP will be strictly based on our eligibility criteria. Any senior leader or CXO with a minimum of 10 years of experience is welcome to apply for the programme. For further information on the eligibility criteria, go to the official website.
